1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pb9, Malaysia's leading online entertainment platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the pb9 platform, including the official website at pb9.onl, the mobile app for Android and iOS, and all related services provided by pb9.

By accessing or using the pb9 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

Pb9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use pb9 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pb9 strictly prohibits participation by anyone under the age of 18.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• One account only: Each individual, IP address, device, residential address, or payment method is only permitted for one active account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. False or misleading information constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.
• Personal use: Your pb9 account is for personal use only. You are prohibited from registering or using an account on behalf of any other individual or entity.

Pb9 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified period may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Registration & Verification

The pb9 registration process is designed to be simple and fast — typically completed in under two minutes. However, this speed does not compromise our thoroughness in verifying member identity.

3.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, valid email address, and bank account details. All information must match your official identification documents.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Pb9 practises strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of your identity card (MyKad), bank card, or other supporting documents for verification. KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time by pb9.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. pb9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Pb9 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate your financial transactions. All transactions are processed through secure, registered payment channels.

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Pb9 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your pb9 account within minutes of payment confirmation being received.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the pb9 account holder.
• Pb9 processes all approved withdrawals within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• Your first withdrawal requires full KYC verification before it is processed.
• Pb9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for fraud investigation or additional verification purposes when required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Pb9 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in the relevant promotional details.

5.1 General Bonus Principles

• Every bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 10x rollover means a RM100 bonus requires total wagering of RM1,000.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Pb9 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorized, unfair, or promotion-violating means.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus is fraudulent and will result in the termination of all accounts involved.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

Every bonus has a different validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the validity period will expire automatically. The bonus expiry date can be viewed in your account section.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

The pb9 welcome bonus of up to 200% applies to the first deposit only. This bonus cannot be combined with any other promotion unless specifically stated. Full welcome bonus terms can be found on the Promotions.

6 Security & KYC

The security of members' data and finances is pb9's number one priority. Our platform is equipped with multiple layers of security to ensure every transaction and gaming session is fully protected.

7 Member Conduct

Pb9 expects all members to act in a responsible, honest, and ethical manner while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to unlawfully exploit the systems or games.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or harassing manner toward pb9 staff or other members.
• Taking any action intended to compromise the integrity of the games or platform systems.
• Sharing your account login details with others or allowing anyone else to use your account.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the security of pb9's systems.
• Using a pb9 account for any form of illegal activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit any content from the pb9 platform without prior written consent from pb9 management.

10 Limitation of Liability

The pb9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, pb9 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pb9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special losses, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

11 Account Termination

You may close your pb9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid account balance will be returned to you once all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Pb9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member violates any provision of these Terms.
• Pb9 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The member provides false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The member is found to be under 18 years of age.
• There is a directive from the relevant legal authority.

In the event of termination due to a breach, pb9 reserves the right to withhold any account balance and void all unused bonuses.

12 Terms Amendment

Pb9 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. However, for material changes that significantly affect member rights, pb9 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice via email or in-account notification.

If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any valid balance before the changes take effect.
